Jill Plouffe is president and managing partner of 4TelecomHelp. Jill is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in building telecom consulting and technology services companies. She brings a wealth of expertise in growing successful businesses in the rapidly changing market of fixed and mobile telecom. As a technology consultant, Jill has worked with hundreds of companies of all sizes ranging in industries from manufacturing, health care, automotive, utilities, non-profit, retail, and professional services.
Prior to 4TelecomHelp, Jill got her start in telecom working for carriers such as AT&T and Intermedia. Jill has deep expertise in business planning, product and service development, marketing, as well as employee incentives and benefits. With direct experience working in regional areas within the US, Jill has a strong understanding of local markets. 4TelecomHelp is largely a virtual organization delivering quality services which gives Jill particular insight into managing and incentivizing a remote workforce.
Jill is a member of the TEMIA Public Relations Committee.
Chad founded 4TelecomHelp in 1999. Chad has been in the telecom industry for over 20 years and is experienced in all realms of telecom. In 2012, Chad and his business partner Jill Plouffe formed 4T Enterprises, to allow for cooperative business relationships between vendors to deliver customized “best of breed” solutions.
Today, the telecommunication brokerage has relationships with over 50 vendors in the telecommunication space.
Prior to 4T Enterprises, Chad was founder of Samax, a real estate investment firm.
Linda Jeffries is the VP of operations and provisioning at both 4TelecomHelp and LightmyFIBER. She has over 16 years of experience within provisioning and oversees a team of experts for some of 4TelecomHelps largest clients across the United States. Linda specializes in installation and project management of fiber-optics utilizing our white glove provisioning team. Her white glove provisioning team goes through a 45-step process working with the carrier to ensure proper installation of fiber-optics.
Chris Bradley is the point guard on all fiber/broadband opportunities and manages relationships with both end users and agents all over the country to ensure an understanding of fiber-optics location, pricing and installation. His goal is to get results back as quick as possible along with educating clients who have questions about making the switch to fiber-optics.
